Joan Kehoe
Chief Executive Officer
Joan leads Alchelyst’s global strategy and operations, focused on building the infrastructure required for private markets to scale efficiently, transparently, and sustainably. She is responsible for setting the firm’s strategic direction, driving platform innovation, and delivering institutional-quality services across global markets.
Joan brings more than 40 years of experience in the funds and investment services industry. She previously held senior leadership roles at J.P. Morgan and PFPC International.
In 2006, she founded Quintillion, a hedge fund servicing business that she successfully built and sold to U.S. Bank Corp in 2016. Joan is widely recognized for building high-performing global platforms and driving operational innovation across complex investment structures.

Charles leads Alchelyst’s global technology strategy, overseeing digital infrastructure, platform innovation, and emerging technology initiatives. He focuses on modernizing systems and building scalable technology platforms that support long-term business growth.
Charles has more than 30 years of experience in financial services technology and transformation. At U.S. Bank, he held senior leadership roles including Chief Technology Officer for Global Fund Services (Ireland), Head of Technology Strategy, and Head of Innovation and Fintech Engagement.
Earlier in his career, Charles was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Quintillion and previously served as Business Information Officer at PFPC International.

As Chief People Officer, Bhavya leads Alchelyst’s global human capital strategy, aligning talent, leadership, and culture with the firm’s long-term business objectives. She oversees talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design, and employee engagement across the firm.
Bhavya brings significant experience building high-performing teams within global financial services organizations. Prior to joining Alchelyst, she served as Head of Human Capital at Arcesium, where she led the firm’s people strategy during a period of significant growth and organizational evolution.
She is recognized for strengthening leadership capability, scaling global teams, and embedding performance-driven cultures that support innovation and sustainable growth.

Ian leads Alchelyst’s global commercial strategy, overseeing business development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion. He focuses on building long-term client relationships and aligning the firm’s capabilities with the evolving needs of general partners.
Ian is a senior executive in the global alternatives industry with extensive experience scaling businesses and leading strategic transactions. Most recently, he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Intertrust, where he was part of the executive leadership team that led the company through its €2.73 billion sale to CSC in 2022.
Previously, Ian was CEO of Credit Suisse Prime Fund Solutions and later became Global Head of Alternatives at BNP Paribas Securities Services following its acquisition.

Managing Director
Brian oversees operational delivery across the firm’s global fund services platform. He is responsible for optimizing service delivery, strengthening operational controls, and ensuring institutional-grade accounting and reporting services across jurisdictions.
Brian previously served as an Executive Director at J.P. Morgan, where he had responsibility for Investment Accounting teams across the United States, Ireland, and India. From 2016 to 2020, he led the firm’s hedge fund services transformation program, migrating the business onto a new accounting and client delivery platform.
Earlier in his career, Brian held senior leadership roles at Quintillion and PFPC International, leading fund accounting and operations teams in Dublin.

John leads business development for our GP Client solutions business, overseeing client engagement, acquisition and revenue growth. He focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships and aligning solutions with client needs and long-term growth objectives.
John was a founding member of Lyra Client Solutions, serving as both Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer following its spin-out from Apollo in 2025. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Apollo’s Institutional Client Group, where he led corporate and sales strategy for the firm’s institutional business.
Earlier in his career, John was a management and strategy consultant at Coalition Greenwich and Casey Quirk, where he launched Casey Quirk’s first European office in Frankfurt.

Vishal is responsible for establishing and scaling Alchelyst’s India platform and building high-performance operational capabilities that support the firm’s global growth. He focuses on developing institutional-grade operating models and expanding the firm’s regional delivery capabilities.
Vishal brings more than two decades of experience in the alternatives industry and has built and expanded large-scale operations for leading global financial institutions.
Most recently, he led the Alternative Investment Services Fund Operations team in India for J.P. Morgan, supporting the firm’s regional alternatives business. Prior to that, he held a similar leadership role at Deutsche Bank, where he drove technology-enabled operational efficiencies at scale.

Karl leads strategic change initiatives across the firm, focusing on strengthening operating models, improving process efficiency, and driving technology-enabled transformation. His work supports the development of scalable infrastructure and long-term operational excellence.
Karl previously served as Global Head of Hedge Fund Operations at BNY, where he led a global organization of more than 1,100 professionals across seven locations. He was responsible for client service delivery and operating model transformation across hedge fund servicing, fund order processing, and middle office functions.
Prior to BNY, Karl spent 19 years at J.P. Morgan in senior leadership roles across product, operations, and transformation.

Kaci leads client servicing across institutional and private wealth channels, maintaining dedicated oversight of the Apollo relationship following the spin-out of its client services function as Lyra Client Solutions.
Kaci joined Apollo as part of the Client & Product Solutions team, where she played a key role in building and scaling the client service platform supporting the firm’s private wealth business.
Previously, she was a Principal in the Private Wealth Solutions Group at Blackstone, partnering with advisors and institutional clients on alternative investment strategies. Kaci began her career at Morgan Stanley in the Alternative Investment Investor Relations Group supporting private equity and real estate investment products.
